    The hotel was nice however I was expecting more from it. The room was ok but nothing special and no WOW factor, just a standard hotel. The photos make the hotel seem far more glamours than it actually was

    Good location, very walkable from metro. Room was clean and decor was very pleasant. Staff were polite and friendly. We were provided with an extra hairdryer and that came in very handy! The only downsides were that the fridge was not working well and there was this toilet stench everytime we returned to the room at night. But it goes away after opening the windows for awhile.

    The room was even better than expected, with the little courtyard which unfortunately we couldn’t really use in the wet weather. Lovely super spotless room, great hot shower and quite spacious with a comfy bed. There was only an issue with intermittent rattling noise from pipes.? But they promised to look into it. Remarkably quiet for the busy area and we love the Pigalle Montmarte area anyway. Thank you for a great séjour! Could just suggest that tea/coffee/kettle facilities in the room would be nice to have. LOoking forward to our next booking! Val & Trevor Perth WA

    Fantastic hotel in an excellent location!!

    We had a brilliant 5 night stay here! The beds are super comfortable, with good linen and pillows. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The location is great - Pigalle does have some 'adult' shops, but it's actually really trendy and cool and has amazing restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Also it's very easy to get anywhere in Paris from here and Montmartre is a short walk. There are some small negatives - it's not the quietest place. We were on the first floor on the street side and could hear people in the bars. Depending on how sound sensitive you are this could be an issue. Also it is well decorated but a little tatty around the edges - for the price point and size of the rooms (they're a great size for Paris) we didn't feel this was a big problem. It still felt really nice. Thank you Opera Frochot!! We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Paris. Loved it.
