Overall, our stay was very nice. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. However, they did seem to be short staffed in the evening and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels for the pool area. (Although many places seem to be short staffed in today's world!)
The continental breakfast was very basic. Bread, Bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. Then a waffle station with syrup (no sugar free syrup). They also had eggs and sausage. To drink they had coffee, apple juice, water and orange juice. My biggest complaint was that there was no fresh fruit option! The man running the breakfast area was extremely nice and tentative. He was constantly checking the stock of all the food, cleaning the counters and tables, and asking if we needed anything.
The workout area was basic but never busy! They had an elliptical, peloton bike, 2 treadmills, and some weights. Overall perfect for a weekend stay.
Game area was very basic.
The big complaint we had was that the pool area smelled very strong of chlorine it was hard to breath at times. If we spent more than 20-30 minutes in the pool area it became hard to breath, and we began coughing. It also made our eyes watery/burn. This seemed to be a common complaint amongst everyone there. It was especially bad for the kids going up and down the slide. Many kids including mine had to take breaks outside the door in order to catch their breathe.
