Not what I expected
There were stains on carpet and damaged walls. Not what I expected for this area. The pool was nice though.

So so hotel
The toliet kept running and even after they came to fix it it wasnt fix and we had to keep shutting off the water to make it quiet running and being loud

Frig and bathroom light very noisy and hampered sleep. No kiosk to print airline boarding passes. No breakfast of any kind available 2nd after maud cleaved arrived to find poop in toilet and when flushed toilet almost overflowed. Total experience not worth the price of the room

If you want to live, don’t stay here!
If you want to go slumming in Fountain Hills, AZ. This is the place for you! The room was pathetically filthy. See photos. Management wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. Said they would refund but have to call Hotels.com. Can’t get through due to CV-19.

Poor 2.0
Dirty carpets. Run down . Keys don’t work. Tile bath floors cracked. Couldn’t hardly turn on the bath tub or shower. Not a nice place, probably was is it’s younger days. Staff was nice.

Wait till they are done remodeling
Hotel was sold since making reservations. They were renovating during our stay and it had been stripped of ANY amenities (the vending machines were wheeled out on the second day of stay). Furniture and carpet was old and stunk. Bathroom fan didn't work. Sporadic quality of cleaning the room. Staff was pleasant but cut our stay short because of hotel condition.

A beautiful city but a deplorable room‼️
I do understand they are renovating but the first room they put us in the refrigerator did not work and we had food so they gave us a suite where the refrigerator worked but the ceiling AC leaked oil or dirty water down the wall and the rooks were really bad. The Tv’s were all analog with only a couple digital channels. Both had a lot of channels with static static. The 1st floor rooms should not even be rented out. We asked if we could switch to the 2nd floor which is renovated but she said it was booked solid. Anyway, just a bad experience for a 5 night stay and nearly $900. I feel that at least the unrenovated rooms should not be let go but kept up to par for their dated look. They are Not ‼️

Pretty nice hotel good location
Pretty nice and comfortable hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. They were remodeling while we were there. Great location close to center of town.

This place is OK the Local area is very nice.
I got a room facing the fountain ( which I requested ) so I was happy about that. The problem was our window was so bad we almost couldn’t see out of it. On checkout, no one was at the checkout counter, we waited about five minutes. We had an appointment to get to so I just threw my key card on the floor behind the counter so no one could take it.
