The hotel was really nice and clean as was the room. Beds were so comfy and those pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The disappointment was the pool. Dirty! And tiles missing with what looked like mold on the wall. The pool could use a serious upgrade! Other than that hotel staff was really accommodating and friendly.

This Hotel has become my favorite place to stay in Reynosa. The Hotel is very clean with very pleasant employees .I highly recommend it during this time COVID epidemic. They keep it very clean and disinfected.

Horrible Customer Service
I booked this reservation for some of our guys that are doing disaster recovery in the Edinburg area... only to realize AFTER booking that it was in Mexico, not Texas. When Hotels.com tried to cancel my reservation for me for a refund, this hotel said no way... not their problem. So screw them!!!!

Safety was the best quality I needed..The hotel was very safe, despite being in such a dangerous city.. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. I didn’t need to leave the hotel grounds for anything.. I would stay again.
