Location is very good. Close to metro, train stations and many restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is a bit old but bed is comfy.

Overall this hotel isn’t what it seems. The condition of the rooms wasn’t great, noticed a broken bed lamp and a broken hinge on the cabinet to the mini fridge. Hair dryer in the bathroom was extremely cheap and there was no outlet to use your own, according to my wife. They seem to be skimping out to save money. Bare minimum of towels provided, not much in the bathroom as far as toilleteries, only one key card given on check-in because “they don’t have that many.” Breakfast was good but rather limited in selection. However the gentleman running it was extremely courteous and attentive. In fact the staff was great, both housekeeping and front desk, just seems like the owners aren’t putting the money into it that they should be, maybe it’s too easy to get clients in Paris? The price certainly doesn’t reflect the quality... The best thing about this HI is the location. Lots to do on Rue de la Gaité, with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and theatres. Also quite a few porno stores, oddly. Further up on Rue de Montparnasse there are plenty of delicious crêpe places. 2 metro lines are close by, including the Montparnasse station and the Denfert-Rochereau station which has RER access to CDG airport. Great location but I won’t be staying here again.

Wonderful staff. Rooms starting to worn out but it’s a great deal for the price. Neighborhood is very convenient with direct CDG airport bus nearby and train station.

the photos that Hotels shows are misleading. Also note that what I booked in your App was not what I got.. i had to argue and as my French is fluent, i could get the room that I booked but ... the reception very helpful but can not serve quickly. the dirty elevators and hellish waiting, the room tidy & stinks stale the bathroom very dirty baun, shower curtain dirty, grimy accessories. The carpet, looks old and dirty.. internet and clim are good for a night for more than 450 €! without breakfast ... it doesn’t worse 200€ / night not to redo!
