It’s a new hotel but it felt like a regular hotel stay. Nothing about this hotel is a resort feeling. First issue we had when we walked in was that we thought we had all inclusive turns out it wasn’t. It was going to be like another 600$ to add it. The staff isn’t very attentive. The pools are big but there’s not enough chairs for people. You have to set your stuff on the floor or get there at 8am when they open. Overall I would give this hotel a 6. It was nice and new but I wouldn’t stay again.

Great beachfront hotel. We got a great deal compared to other similar hotels. Many things are walking distance like convenience stores, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, alcohol, etc. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the all-inclusive but I can see how it can be convenient. The buffet is more convenient than it is good but it’s decent and a good option especially for breakfast if you wake up late. It’s part of the all-inclusive rate or you can pay separately. Nearby popular restaurants are more than an hour wait on the crowded weekends. Pool was great and water play area for the kids is awesome if you have some. Ocean view is amazing. Overall a great party city with many tourist attractions. I went July 2023 and the city felt very safe. Many families visit here from nearby cities. Music is blasting from every direction and no restrictions on drinking while you walk around. just seems everyone having a great time. The bad: TV signal is poor and annoying on many channels since the audio and video keeps cutting out. Balcony doors are not sound proof. Ocean sounds are great but if there’s partying and fireworks ( maybe just because we’re close to 4th of July and there’s lots of American tourists?) then it will keep awake any light sleepers. No mini-fridge FYI. You’ll need ice if you’re bringing drinks to your room. Tip: beer shops across the street give ice for free and sell cooler bags.
