I spent an hour in the lobby because my reservation was never sent over to the hotel from hotels.com spent too much time trying to get ahold of some one only to be hung up on. Finally got it figured out only to have some one from hotel to call me at 130 in the morning to tell me the credit card had expired on my reservation that just came through. I was already in my room. Apparently it was Hotels.com credit card not mine. Def not a good experience from hotels .com. I have reservations overseas in a few weeks and will be calling the hotel ahead of time to confirm hotels didnt drop the ball
