All right place, slow service
Nice area, hotel is a bit dated, pretty clean, staff was very nice but either the place is understaffed or it was a busy time because what should have been a 1 minute checkout turned into 20 minutes

Poor 2.0
Worst Customer Service
The hotel room was good and location was good as well. However, the customer service was the worst. When I asked to change the room to double bed room, I was told that it would cost be double the amount. Manager said if you book through third party (i.e. we can't do anything for you. The weather was amazing but they didn't open the beach area because they didn't have any employee. they cancel the employ shift because it was suppose to be rain on that day but it didn't. Infact it was beautiful. They refused us to use canoe or paddle boat. The hotel was more than 1/2 empty and didn't have much staff. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Poor 2.0
Dated. Needs upgraded. Fire alarm several times for water leaks. All night.

Good 6.0
CONS: (A) bottom of indoor pool was slippery, which I presume means it's not clean. I've swam in plenty of public indoor pools (community ctr and other hotels) and I've *never* felt a slimy/slippery pool floor. (B) Room #225 had obvious water damage/leak from the room above, and the ceiling stucco is flaking off; presuming that since the ceiling was never repaired, the hotel just let the leak dry. Since room shows no signs of replacing damaged drywall in ceiling, I wouldn't recommend you stay in this particular room if you had any respiratory condition (like asthma) or allergy/sensitivities. Generally, hotel is pretty worn down, rooms and common areas could definitely use an update. Cannot comment on breakfast buffet, as we took in to consideration other reviews and opted to drive to eat elsewhere PROS: you're paying premium for the location, and not the facilities. I imagine in the winter, with the ski hill going, this place is amazing; your eye will be drawn outside to the breathtaking view, you won't notice the wear-and-tear on the hotel. Unfortunately, we came in mid-May, and didn't getting experience it in the full glory of the winter.

Very Good 8.0
Check in was quick and easy, the room was extremely warm on arrival and took a long time to cool down. Room was clean but dated. It is a short drive to get back to the town. Wi-fi was difficult to connect to but once connected it was fine
