It was ok. Not what I was expecting. The floor in my room was dirty. I booked the room there because of the inside pools. After I had book the room I found out that the pools were closed. Parking. Had to pay to park. I’ve never had to pay for parking. I seriously don’t think that I will book a room there again Hotel Blue pools were even more worst. I would like to get my money back for parking also.

Initial Check in was pretty good, the lady at the counter you can tell was "trained" for only certain responses. Kind of disappointing. The Room wasn't exactly as i expected and several things i would like to mention to others checking in, CHECK YOUR ROOM!! Room 468 is horrific, do not accept it! Broke things in the bathroom, such as Tiles, shower head sprayed water every where, the caulking needs done as well. The KITCHEN is an entire different issue! The kitchen sink cabinet at the bottom started to FALL OFF, i had to push it back together! The ceiling over the stove and Micro was so yellow and greasy it was really gross and the cabinets need cleaned out. The Floor was so dirty the first night my kids and myself we had to literally wash our feet twice and again before bed. I grabbed paper towels and HOT WATER and had to wipe the floors, I just couldn't believe how dirty the "tile" floor was. Patio Door was so hard to open I literally pulled a back shoulder muscle trying to open then close it. On a good note, the gentleman (possible manager/security) that helped my husband with his wheel chair was so sweet and kind, and to the cleaning/maintenance crew walking around outside and in the halls keeping it together....KUDOS! Most were pleasant! The Pool area and water was clean and free of debris! The pool area needs monitored a little more frequently however, but it was still nice for the kids to play.

Room was very old and ran down. I’ve stayed here before and it was not that bad at all. Paid for ocean front and I got ocean side. When I called to ask the staff to move me they were very rude and declined.

Worse part of our trip
Hotel is super run down and dirty. If we had not paid over $400 we would have left. Kept doors and drapes closed and clothes ect always felt wet. Someone knocked on the door and said they needed to measure the bathroom door. We told them know that they could do it when we checked out because I should’ve done it before we checked in that day. Went to front desk and asked and they said no one was supposed to be doing that that they knew of and when we told them that they had a plain white shirt on they just assumed it was someone from maintenance made us feel very unsafe. Went up to the bowling alley bar and a drunk girl was soliciting for another resort to come take a tour. Bartenders knew but didn’t make her leave. No hangers provided or bags for dirty clothes. Only place to eat close by was a bar, food was ok. 2 positives, most staff was friendly and the fri night only hula show was great! Hotel blue also owned by this one so dont choose that either. Ive never been so excited to check out of a place.
