The room was very clean and quite spacious. Kitchenette was a welcome addition to my booking. The Front Desk staff were awesome at Check-In / Check-Out. Unfortunately the pool and spa area was very grubby and left a lot to be desired with hygiene and cleanliness. My granddaughter loves to swim but she didn’t want to use those amenities. Could be so much better with a deep clean and pool towels available.

When we arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. on the day of our reservation, we went to the front desk to leave our luggage before check-in. To our surprise, our room was already ready, and the staff kindly gave us our room key right away. Since we were traveling with a young child, being able to rest for a while was a huge help.
