Needs work.
Many different things in the room needed to be repaired. Shower fixtures that were loose or hanging from their place, sink fixture spun almost all the way around and was difficult to turn the water off. Also, I left at 8 A.M in the morning the first day and was gone until 4:30 PM. they never tried to clean the room until after I had returned. Also, the restaurant needs a lot of work and the ability to get a single cup of coffee before 8:30 was impossible in the hotel. The service needs a lot of improvement.

Best Chicago Experience!!
Great location. Walking distance from everything. My 15 year old nephew had a blast and so did I. The staff was amazing. The only downfall is the walls are thin, can hear our neighbors. But over all I recommend this hotel!!!
