Great hotel, good location
Great hotel! Close walk to Roppongi Station. Easy check in and check out. The rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need. AC and internet work great.

Good
Our stay was okey. I think its one of the cheapest APA around Tokyo. Its quite in Ropponggi but we like that DQ, Lawson, Family Mart and Tokyo Metro is nearby. We brought swimsuit bec using the pool has an extra charge. Maybe my fault i didnt read it or its not written in the fine print.

Would not stay here again.
The hotel is located in Roppongi, which might explain the vomit stained carpet in the hallway which remained during our three day stay. The 18.00 hotel breakfast was supposed to close at 10 but routinely closed earlier, once at 9:50 and once at 9:40. Food at the breakfast was sparse after 9:00 and I heard one waitstaff tell a customer that was all there was and to eat some rice or soup. Fortunately there was a Lawson next to the hotel. Checkout was early at 10:00 and a penalty of 1000 yen per hour charged for late check out. Room was a standard small Japanese hotel room with Western beds and very tiny bathroom. Wall by the bed was stained with a brown spatter. Closer to Roppongi-itchome station than Roppongi station.

Convenient Comfortable and Affordable
Perfect experience for a reasonable price in a great location. Conveniently located if you want to go out late and enjoy the bars/clubs in the area, visit beautiful Tokyo Tower, or shop at Donki for souvenirs. The only downside is depending on which room you get (it seems randomly assigned) your view could be just one of the nearby buildings or the entire Tokyo skyline.

Great place
Great location. We enjoyed public bath. Swimming pool cost 2000 yen, that was disappointing. It is very small. Nobody was using it (I think it's because of the cost). We couldn't eat breakfast there. It looked great. Close to Roppongi station, and Tokyo Tower. Very clean. Workers are polite and nice. 4 Washing machine. 2 are out of order and 2 working ones are always in use. Tough to get a spot to wash your clothes.
