Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed signs of neglect. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were subpar, and it was evident that little effort had been made to maintain the space. To my utmost dismay, I discovered a dead lizard under the side table, indicating a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. This not only left me feeling disgusted but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the room. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I expected a prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, their lack of action was disheartening.
