Worth the money, and clean.
Overall the room was very clean. It’s in a good location, close to good and cheap breakfast, lunch and dinner places with excellent yelp ratings. The rooms are really small, the heater is fairly loud. In terms of comfort they have nice beds and soft pillows, and Spectrum tv for viewing. Only two elevators, one thing is that the signage to take the stairs to the lobby could be a lot better. It wasn’t easy to find the correct route. I think it was generally affordable, and they validate your parking for 35$ or night for cars and small suvs. 45$/night for large vehicles. Very busy place. It’s functional hotel, but a bit dated. I had no issues for a two night stay, but would maybe consider paying a little more for a hotel with slightly larger rooms in the future.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were more than helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my proposal went well and set up rose pedals and a bottle of wine in the room upon our arrivam.

Two ice machines for entire building - one didn't work, other was always empty. That was only issue.

Poor
Better look for somewhere else than sorry
Horrible. There was a rubbery two days in a raw. My room was also one of the rooms that’s got affected. The manager on duty that day wasnt goes by to call the police immediately for the investigation and was going to wait until the next day. Everyone who wells victim was told that the GM would be in the morning which he never showed, and when he finally came two days after the incident he said they were having a good communication and he trust the team (that would not report the police immediately and letting me to a in the same room that night). There are tons of information I could post here but long story short, I’m still dealing with this issue after over the month has passed. Hotel management had been ignoring or negligent to return to my emails (no replies or updates has been shared with me). The GM told me before I left New York that I would be dealing with the corporate office and their insurance company directly without having the hotel management involved, however, I have been told that the I need to communicate with the hotel directly every time I called the guest relations. Basically both are throwing the responsibilities to each other. Stay away from this hotel. I can only see the unprofessionalism, dishonesty, negligence, and disrespect through what they have shown. I don’t want anyone to experience what I have been experiencing.

Wonderful Hotel Would definitely stay there again

Good
Only thing favourable about this hotel is the location. Couldn't use the WiFi, property looks tired and outdated, the website advertises shuttle service but is not true, is a paid service not complimentary. Will skip this hotel chain altogether.

Central location to uptown and downtown. If you are in NYC, you are not there for the spacious hotel rooms....get outside and see the city! Great hotel and convenient to the 1 line and D line subways!
