the host was kind and warm. they showed me around and for this stay, it really had everything you needed ; shared bathroom and kitchen, comfy bedrooms, easy check-in and out instructions, etc. Good value for everything this accommodation gives. it may not be near downtown, but if you have a car, it's better.

This B&B was our first ever. We decided to take a chance and stay here as it looked amazing. It was very clean and Val was very friendly and amazing. We stayed in room 3 which seemed to be the largest of the rooms and the bed was very comfortable. There was limited options for breakfast but that's understandable and can be easily fixed in the future. For us it was more about how warm and inviting the house was. We were allowed to come and go as we please and made sure to out that to the test on night one as we went out for dinner and karaoke and ended up back at the B&B at 2:30 am. We kept quiet and had no troubles. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Val was extremely helpful in this regard. All rooms are in the basement of their very large home as well as all of the common areas. You share the washroom as well as the kitchen area and there is also a very comfortable couch with a large TV. We also had a TV in our room which was a very nice bonus as it had a Roku box so we were able to watch a few movies during our stay. We've been travelling from Ontario to Vancouver and are on our way back to Ontario and I personally felt we had a better stay at this B&B than a few of the hotels we stayed at. It was a little chilly at night but there are extra blankets that are provided which are very warm and very soft. Overall I'd give them a solid 5 stars but ask them to update or slightly change the breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

We hope to be back soon.
Beautiful property, rooms and great hospitality! Everything was perfect right down to the wireless charging lamp in our room. We didn’t have to think of anything as it was already provided. Loved having the Roku TV in our room so we could catch up on our favourite shows. Hot tub was amazing and can’t wait for warmer weather to use the pool! Thank you for everything. Carley
