It was really good to stay at Sonder. Nice location and good room condition to stay. But on my last day, I tried to store my luggage in the locker room on the 2nd floor. Because I just came from South Korea, so I have a lot of stuff. I use a larger one and a smaller one for storage. Unfortunately, when I put my carry-on bag in the small locker room(number 4), it automatically locked, even before I set a password for it and it won't open again. I asked the manager via an app because Sonder doesn't have a front desk, and luckily she/he responded very quickly. But.. the manager, I don't know who, didn't understand what I mean and my situation very well, and he/she gave only the same unhelpful answers.
I was very annoyed about that situation because I think he/she didn't try at all to understand what happened to me. If this hotel has a front desk that I can go to ask a favor directly, It won't happen this kind of situation. On my last day in Seattle, I wasted one-and-a-half hours of morning time to fix this situation, because the manager misunderstood my situation and was too late to resolve the situation. After that, I waited for someone for one hours later, one manager came down and he noticed the situation. Actually, locker number 4 was going on the fritz, and he was really sorry to me.
