Hotel great. Service average to below average.
The overall experience was ok. Convenient location. A few disappointing issues: I requested a double with bathtub; I called 2 days after making the booking and the staff confirmed. Upon check-in, I didn't not got what I requested and was indicated that all the rooms are not available during the course of my stay. In addition, I have indicated that there are 2 people staying during booking and upon checking; however, for breakfast, it was indicated that I only have breakfast for 1. Lastly, my keycard was not able to operate the entry doors or the lift; when I raise this to the staff. I received a negative attitude and was asked if I tried using the card properly and if I knew how to use the card in a negative tone.

Very average hotel that does not deserve the current rating. Broken door upon arrival, that took 45 mins to fix, poor response to my complaint which resulted in me cancelling my 12 day stay and moving to another hotel.
