Just Stay Away - Avoid the disappointment

I had a multiple night stay and was never told that housekeeping was NOT a part of my $85 a night stay. In fact, the resort fee ($$) charge was stated to be for housekeeping protocols (I believe that was verbiage) so not only did I not get housekeeping service nor fresh towels, I was charged even more for the service that was NEVER provided. The hotel is tired exhausted 😩 and no matter how much paint you used to cover deteriorating drywall from multiple leaked, joint tape peeling apart from the seems in the wall, crusted on top of crusted carpets and the funk smells. I don’t usually request refunds BUT I want a refund of sorts because I payed wayyyyy too much money for an establishment as this.
