The apartment was clean, had everything you needed in terms of laundry, kitchen items, bathroom supplies, and bedding. In a great location in proximity to the baseball, football stadiums, and close to tasty restaurants. Communication was great, detailed instructions to get into building, and apartment. No parking on sight, but there’s a lot right across the street, and a garage (6.6 height limit) right down the street. This a major city in PA, so there’s a reasonable expectation to be aware of your surroundings. Great stay and definitely will use this studio again if I visit Pittsburgh in the future.

Fantastic location near restaurants and shops. Superior communication from purveyor. A bit noisy but to be expected in an urban setting. Street or lot parking is available but will add up for an extended stay.

The renovated layout was awkward with furniture put in weird places and key things just not thought about and missing. For example, there's no shelf in the shower for putting the soap/shampoo you're using. It's clear no one has ever lived here, as so many little things are just missing. The building itself feels papered over, with crumbling brick hidden behind shiny plastic panels. On some level I'd like to respect the work they put in to make it nice, but the materials are all so cheap they'll be outlived by the crumbling bricks they're "fixing"

We arrived to a bed that wasn't made and appeared slept in with long dark hairs on the pillows and bedding. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, there was urine on the under lip of the seat also along the back. I had to clean prior to going to the bathroom. Although we got a small "cleaning amount" back it didn't equal what we would have been charged if we left it messy. We did stay there but will never again. We left this unit cleaner than we found it. Beware!!

I was very disappointed in the assistance in getting supplies. We did not have toilet paper from Friday night until Monday, the afternoon before we left. There was also no creamer, we ran out of coffee Saturday, and needed more towels. I requested Saturday and then had to ask custodian Monday afternoon to get use the supplies. No one EVER got back to me regarding these supplies.

Not very welcoming, but cheap price is mainstay
Building under construction so it was unkempt (understandable to a degree). No toilet paper in my room. No way to control temperature in the room (too hot). Long woman’s hair on my pillow (I am a bald man). Another woman’s hair on the folded towels. No accommodation from management when requested late checkout. When I asked to pay for another night instead, they told me to completely check out and check back in, just completely unnecessary and not in the spirit of “hospitality.” My interaction with the helpdesk and their lack of accommodation rubbed me wrong. Overall a decent stay but I don’t think I would stay here again since there are many more deserving places to spend my money.
