Perfect for family

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. I will say the only thing the global luxury suites needs to do is update their appliances using super glue to hold together pots and pans is not a good idea when you’re cooking. All I can say is update your kitchen supplies.

Love the location, very modern. Few details with the apt. For example: blackouts in living room was damaged. The room said it was for 4 but o Lu have 3 glasses and 3 cups to drink. Had an issue with the access code but it was solved immediately with an app. Overall I will return to this place

It was just okay. For the price and clodeness to Howard it was fine, but the parking situation is not good and costly. The room was spacious but the beds were not comfortable and had to request bedding as it was missing. The codes were a problem too. Even the workers had trouble with the codes for entry.

Good location with plenty of space

The building was nice and the apartment was perfectly spacious for our family of five. It was very convenient to Union Station and a reasonable walk to the main mall. We had a little trouble finding it at first. The hotel had emailed detailed instructions which are necessary and they had gotten lost in my inbox. The couple of blocks around the building had food, drinks, groceries, drugstore and drinks.

This place was excellent. New, modern condo type apartment. Two separate bedrooms, which made it nice for privacy comfortable bedrooms with a queen and a pullout couch. Front desk staff was very helpful. excellent workout facilities, and they also had a great social room, with pool tables, etc. You do need to make sure you read the emails to check in, and the only downside I would say is if you need anything after hours it might be hard to get help. For example, we needed some extra sheets for the pull out bed and didn’t get them till the next day. That said, otherwise it was excellent. Also, a great restaurant right outside the facility. Overall, I would stay here again.

Disappointed and Frustrated!

The apartment was modern and clean. Very sparse of supplies. Not even salt/pepper. Basic had only ice cubes, paper towels, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod. GETTING INTO THE BUILDING, ELEVATOR AND APARTMENT WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DIFFICULT. There was a round keypad that had a 7 digit number code in which you had 4-5 seconds to enter the code!!! It took us 7 or more tries. Did I mention the keypad is below a door handle, so about 3 feet from the floor. I had to put groceries and bags on the floor to do it. Gross. I was afraid to leave the apartment in fear of not getting back in. Thee needs to be a phone app or key fob to help get in. I appreciate the safety, but seriously it’s like Fort Knox. I will not be staying here ever again and will discourage people I know or talk to to also not stay here.

Rude Company- Dont Stay Here

This is the worst place to stay for extended living. They have an office for the building, but not for guest. The people you have to call are all foreigners in another country working remotely. Sometimes the calls go through, sometimes it doesnt. Good luck if you need help getting into your room. No one on the premises can help you. The key system is sketchy at best. The billing department is very rude. They will take your money then ask you to jump through more hoops all the while you are locked out of your room. The billing department has no Customer Service skills and speaks to you as if they are doing you a favor. They dont treat a paying customer , let alone a human being. The overall staff is fine. The rooms are not worth the price and the way the building fluctuate prices, dont waste your time. I had high hopes for this location, but I regret ever wasting my money here.

I took my time to reply bc I didn’t want to mix emotions with facts & wanted to be thoughtful and give my honest feed back. While I was genuinely impressed with the apartment itself, my initial experience was deeply marred by exceptionally poor staff and customer service. The difficulty I encountered simply trying to access my room was unacceptable. Multiple calls to various numbers went unanswered, leaving me stranded and frustrated. My attempts to seek assistance in the lobby were met with indifference; one staff member explicitly stated they didn't work for the property, she worked for the bigger company “REVEL”while another was hesitant to help. I was eventually directed to a third-floor office, which was difficult to locate and poorly marked. There, my entirely valid concerns about the lack of phone responsiveness were denied *inspite having proof of me calling multiple times* I was met with hostility, rather than empathy. As a first-time visitor & resident to Washington, D.C., and also someone exhausted from travel, I found this complete lack of support particularly distressing. Basic information, such as how to use the keyless entry system, should be clearly communicated to every guest. In addition, the office's location and signage need significant improvement to ensure accessibility. Also my unit was missing essential cleaning supplies, specifically a broom.

Everything went wrong.

My room was still being cleaned at 5:00 despite being told it would be available at 3:45. After going out for the evening, I returned and my cod wouldn’t work in the door. It took at least 45 minutes to get a call back from the mgmt company (after the front desk person and I called multiple times), to download an app, and then sign up for it. With all the communication about check-in, at least 3 emails, they should just give you the app in advance so you don’t have to use a long code with a difficult system. The next morning the elevator didn’t work and had to walk to another bank of elevators on the other side of the building. The mattress was of very poor quality. All the furniture was uncomfortable and seemed really cheap. It was clean, and the extra space is nice, but I’m just going to stick with regular hotels from here on unless I’m traveling with my family.

I never received the elevator key, despite three attempts at trying. Far worse, the people next to me on both nights blasted their music at high volume until 4 am and shouted over the music to hear each other. This was an important trip for me because I spoke at a conference. The hotel experience ruined it.
