I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen area. There was broken glass and a teabag in the bottom of the dishwasher. Wine glasses with lipstick on the rims were in the cupboard, food was spilt in the cutlery draw, frozen vegetables were left in the freeze, the milk in the fridge was open. When reported at the front desk, hardly any reaction.It was supposed to be a highly rated accommodation, no way!

Nice rooms with good facilities
Nice apartment with City & River views. Only one (of 2) elevators were working for the duration of my stay, causing up to 10min delays at busy times. As a result, no daily housekeeping was done. Im surprised a modern 36 floor building has only 2 elevators. Well-equipped gym & outdoor pool a bonus.

The property was ok The broken elevator was a problem. Over 30 floors being serviced by one elevator is irresponsible and dangerous while qld covid numbers are drastically high. Find elevator repair people and pay them to fix this problem. Not great
