We arrived at 4pm and they had already sent us our code so we entered the room only to find that it hadn't been cleaned yet. I went to the front desk and they said that housekeeping was behind schedule and they sent the codes out too early. We were heading out for the evening so we just left our stuff in the room and they came in and cleaned it while we were out. When we got back at 1030pm there were no extra linens for the pullout couch. Front desk closes at 5pm so I tried calling the 24/7 help line but got the answering machine. Sent a text but no answer right away. Had to rip out to Walmart and bought a pillow, fitted sheet and a sleeping bag for $60. I got an answer back via text shortly after saying that they would provide linens tomorrow. We went out for the day again and never heard from anyone and never received any linens. I didn't bother following up just to see if they would ever follow through since my daughter was fine. They never did. And then, on the last day as we were getting ready to leave, an employee came to the door at 945am and said "um, checkout is at 10am, are you ready to go?", basically bullying us out of the unit. Unreal.
The room was rough. Both the pullout mattress and king size bed were worn out and sagging and could feel the springs right through. Turned the shower on and rusty water came out for about 10 secs. Outlet covers were falling off. Ironing board but no iron, etc. This place is solidly between a motel 6 and a homeless shelter.
