Nice place located in the heart of Kabukicho 2 mins walk to Robot restaurant And still quiet room for the location

Exceptional 10.0
Would definitely stay again.
Certainly, there are cheaper places to stay, but the room sizes are tiny, compared to what I experienced here. Also important to me is either having windows that open, or air-conditioning that actually puts out cool air (in winter) when staying in Japanese hotels, which are in my opinion usually overheated. I had enough room here two swing a cat if I was so inclined. English speaking staff, nice rooms, the whole place did NOT smell of tobacco smoke... all big plusses. There was some noise that carried into the room from outside, but given that it's in the middle of Kabukicho, hardly surprising. I just wish they'd crack down on the touts that pounce on every non-japanese person walking through the area - trying to get them to participate in the bar scams that are apparently illegal, but you'd never know it from the number of offers I had.

Very Good 8.0
A little bit noisy from the street during the night time. Not sure the room in another side is better or not. Location is not bad.

Great hotel
Good location in Shinjuku. The room is a little bit tight, but doable. Hotel very responsive to emails prior to arriving when we had questions.
