Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, easy access to public transportation, large comfortable rooms with kitchens, quiet (we didn't ever hear other guests or street noise while in our rooms).
Cons: Non-flushing toilet (they tried fixing it several times, but the problem kept recurring, and they couldn't switch our room, so we had to use the bathroom on the ground floor), almost nonexistent wifi, no phone number to reach front desk / manager (number on website goes to a non-operational voice mail with Florida area code), no coffee mugs or coffee maker in room or in lobby (odd for rooms with kitchenettes), no bath mats for shower or bathroom floor (my 80 year old mother was afraid of slipping and had to put down towels in the bathtub).
Overall, worked fine for our needs. Location was excellent, rooms were nice, and if the toilet had been working, we probably wouldn't have thought much about the other inconveniences. But there seem to be some operational / facility issues that management needs to work out. And it was irritating, when we did have problems (and the front desk staff had limited ability to assist), not to be able to reach a manager.
