Do not stay here ever
The property cancelled our reservation at the time of check in via text due to problems with the building. Never got refund and had to call hotels.com to get this resolved. Still don’t have refund but hotels.com has issued it.

Not ready for prime time
Thé room was 90 percent complete. Freshly renovated with new fixtures and appliances. However, thé water in the kitchen only came out in a drip. Additionally, three of four burners worked on the new stove. Not complete set of flatware, and no dish towels. In the bathroom the bathtub was slow to drain. The toilet seat was loose, the shower curtain rod was not properly installed so it was loose. The towel rack also loose, and the toilet paper holder was broken. With the exception of the slow drain, the rest could have been fixed with a Allen wrench in less that 30 minutes. In the bedroom( windowless) , there is no over head or switched lights. One has to grope in the dark to get to the floor lamp at the far end of the room. The large bedroom closet had no rod or shelves to hang clothes - it was a void to place a suitcase. No decorations, picture, or rugs. Basically no one Luxurban management checked out the room before letting be used for customers. The location is great. Staff is friendly. Amenities are fantastic ( gym, laundry).

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, easy access to public transportation, large comfortable rooms with kitchens, quiet (we didn't ever hear other guests or street noise while in our rooms). Cons: Non-flushing toilet (they tried fixing it several times, but the problem kept recurring, and they couldn't switch our room, so we had to use the bathroom on the ground floor), almost nonexistent wifi, no phone number to reach front desk / manager (number on website goes to a non-operational voice mail with Florida area code), no coffee mugs or coffee maker in room or in lobby (odd for rooms with kitchenettes), no bath mats for shower or bathroom floor (my 80 year old mother was afraid of slipping and had to put down towels in the bathtub). Overall, worked fine for our needs. Location was excellent, rooms were nice, and if the toilet had been working, we probably wouldn't have thought much about the other inconveniences. But there seem to be some operational / facility issues that management needs to work out. And it was irritating, when we did have problems (and the front desk staff had limited ability to assist), not to be able to reach a manager.
