Terrific hotel
Everything about the hotel is great, only complaint is with this type of construction, it can be noisy if neighbors above or adjoing rooms are loud. Otherwise, clean, nice location to the warerfront and friendly staff.

Big Sur was very clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful, and their breakfast was quite good. The only possible downside was that it is very near the port, and a bit noisy most of the time. However that also meant that you have spectacular views of the ocean, mountains, and glaciers every time you look out a window. If I was to go back I would certainly choose to stay at Big Sur.

If I go back to Puerto Natales, I'll be stopping at this hotel again. Lovely hotel with great staff and breakfast. Great location in town too!
