Okay at best
Hotel was okay. Stayed there because close to where our daughter was living. Upon checkin there was a loud woman on her cell phone complaining about the hotel and bugs in her room etc and no effort was made to get her away from the reception area. Literally 3’ away from us. The room was okay. The bathtub is extremely dangerous because so narrow and slippery when having a shower. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly either. Buffet breakfast was not very good and especially for 13 pounds a person.

Disgusting
One bed smelled like urine. The springs on the mattress were poking out. The entire room smelled like urine and puke

Good value London hotel with a trade off
Room clean, parking an asset and hotel staff approachable, friendly & service oriented. However, Lobby bar and hallways were loud & somewhat rowdy as a result. Good value for London hotel but with a trade off.

we had pre paid a 3 night stay and our flight got bumped. ended up checking in early on day 2 of our pre paid stay. i had called hotels.com from the airport just to let the hotel know why we weren't checking in the first day and was advised that they didn't have to hold the room at all and might not allow an early check in. this made no sense as i'd paid for the room so should be allowed to check in whenever i get there and not find it reserved by someone else. hotels.com contacted the Re and they said good news! my room would be held. like it was a favor?? we arrived at 6 a.m. on day 2 and were told we could not check in early. i mentioned the phone call. the desk clerk advised that our room might not be ready and the manager had to check it. if it was not ready we would receive a ground floor room. we were asked to wait in the lobby. after an 18 hour flight delay and overnight flight we really would have preferred to just be able to get into our prepaid room. we waited about 15 minutes and then were told we had the ground floor room. the room was ok, but i am really not sure what happened there. it wasn't as efficient or friendly as it could have been. otherwise, our stay was fine.
