    Very Good 8.0
Lobby area is very nice, food is good and the lap pool was excellent. If you like to use the gym facilities it was a well-equipped large gym. The room was clean, beds were comfortable but was a little dated

    Disappointed in Phoenix
Paying 25 USD for wifi? Really? Ridiculous!! As much as I like staying at the Sheraton I would never go back there. You can get better value elsewhere. There are NO extras here.

Great location for New year's! Helpful staff! Room are a bit dated but we probably couldn't afford it if they were.

The xMas party made for a bad experience!
Overall, my stay was fine until Saturday night when a huge christmas party started. It felt like there were more people than the venue could reasonably accommodate. We couldn't get an elevator, when was packed full of people and was very uncomfortable and actually felt unsafe. When we finally got down to the lobby there were so many people waiting for elevators we actually couldn't get off and a hotel employee had to step in and have the crowd at the elevators (hundreds) let us off. The crowd pushed my wife out of the way so they could rush into the elevator. Parking in the underground became a disaster as I couldn't find a placer to park on my return to the hotel. Additionally, it was just insanely loud and other guests on my floor (12), that were involved in the party were drunk and loud so it was difficult to enjoy our room. I wish I had known a party of this size was going to the hotel, I would have stayed somewhere else. I am returning to Pheonix on business next week and wonder if I should find another hotel? Will there be more uncontrolled party goers?

    Beautiful but in a remodel
They were in the middle of a total remodel. My room was beautiful but banging and drilling was obnoxious.
