Wonderful and absolutely beautiful resort and rooms. Staff was fantastic and so nice. They didn’t recognize my VIP status at the spa or for room upgrade. Only thing I wished was our view from our balcony was a stricter due to construction. Otherwise absolute wonder hotel and I would definitely recommend spending time here

Fun night of luxury
This was a fun night of luxury for us. We were able to just enjoy the pools and beautiful atmosphere. The included breakfast was great. We purchased the dinner buffet but it was not that great. Our room had a very comfy bed and great balcony where we could catch a few of Arenal if the clouds cooperated! Service is great here. They are little crazy about the towels but otherwise amazing.

Lots of pools
Nice place. The room was spacious but could have used a little update and better lighting. There was no task lighting at the desk. I wish the hotel carts were electric. The diesel smelled every time they drove by and it’s not good for the environment. The restaurant lunch and dinner was ok. Breakfast was better.
