We chose this hotel for our second stay in Istanbul. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Traditional Turkish breakfast, as well as fresh fruits, vegetables, pancakes, and eggs. Walking distance to Taxim Square and the metro. Highly recommend.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Titanic City Taksim, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service providers were incredibly rude and unhelpful, leaving a sour taste in our mouths right from the start. One of the major issues we encountered was the fact that we were assigned a room that did not suit our needs, despite arriving early and mentioning our requirements in advance. It was quite frustrating to find ourselves in a room that didn't meet our expectations, especially considering we had taken the effort to communicate our preferences beforehand. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for guest requests was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, our previous experience with Tsek Inn was equally terrible due to the hotel's lack of transparency and their handling of our special circumstances. We expected better communication and assistance, particularly in a situation where our needs were not being adequately addressed. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. Another disappointment was the hotel's pool, which was not in working condition during our stay. Although we did not mention this issue prior to checking in, one would expect the hotel to ensure that all amenities, especially ones advertised prominently, are in proper working order. It was a letdown to discover that the pool was unusable, and it further added to the overall ne

I stayed 5 days in this hotel and just checked out today. I’ll start with the positive: - walking distance to Taksim and shopping areas - concierge was good - provided many personal care items - airport transfer for $40 The negative: - I mainly booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub, both were in maintenance during all our stay and we discovered this by coincidence as we were getting ready to try it on with my kid. No one provided this information during our check-in. They didn’t offer anything to make it up for us until I asked, then they offered that I go use their spa one time in their other hotel 25 min away, transportation was on my expense. - We had to call 3 times to ask for extra pillows for my kid. - Receptionists don’t provide any info until you ask. We were provided 0 information on anything at all during our check in, he just handed us our key. 0 welcoming - The carpet is dirty and has stains I paid premium price to be able to enjoy my stay better but I got very disappointed because of the lack of service and consideration. I wish I had picked the other option I had on my list when I was looking for a hotel. There are much better options out there than this one.
