The room was clean and well appointed. The woman working in the breakfast room was wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant. It was a Sunday morning and particularly busy. She jumped in and was toasting our selections to make breakfast run smoothly. Asked multiple times if there was anything she could do. My only next time feedback would be the breakfast was very small was really hard to get to where you wanted to be. The room was completely full. They did have tables in the lobby area for the overflow.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times coming back and forth from Moncton to Ottawa and it never disappoints. From friendly staff, delicious hot buffet breakfast to the cozy little bar where you can enjoy drinks and pizza and most of all the comfy sheets to enjoy a good night sleep where we always get a room on the 4th floor. Close to restaurants and gas station etc.
