Central Loop Hotel, Chicago

The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to all the main tourist attractions in downtown Chicago. We walked to the bean daily and made it to the Navy Pier and Shedd Aquarium by foot. The room was quiet and quaint but exactly what we needed. A few stains were on the towels and blankets but other than that the room seemed quite clean. The free water bottles and fill station on the floor were a nice touch. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. I had communicated with the hotel via hotels.com to request a refrigerator and ended up being upgraded to a room with a kitchenette in the Club Quarters section of the hotel. Felt very secure as you had to tap your room card to use the elevator. Convenient to have the restaurant nearby. Had dinner there my first night and grabbed dinner to go on my last. Room was cleaned well each day. Only downside was one garbage that was inside a cupboard was never emptied the three days I stayed although this wasn’t really an issue as there was no food inside and therefore no smell. The location was fabulous. Close to the L station to travel to and from Midway airport and great location with many nearby buses and walkable to most downtown sights including the river, State st shopping, and Michigan Ave.

This was our second time staying here, was just as good as our first visit. Great location, friendly staff. However after 4 nights the bed was a little uncomfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone heading to Chicago and wants to stay in the loop

Great location. very clean hotel with friendly staff

Location and amenities were excellent, rooms were clean however dated. My only complaints are: 1. one of the two elevators was out my entire stay which caused delays and line-ups waiting for the one elevator to arrive. 2. the water pressure for the show was weak. That being said, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
