Excellent accommodation, very clean and fab location. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside, very hot whilst we were there and air con not working, every day we were told the engineer would come the next day….he never did!!! But despite this great accommodation.

If you are an American, this is not a 4 star property. It is definitely in the 3-star range. That being said, we stayed here with 2 teenagers (who used the pull out beds in the living room). It was clean and roomy enough (particularly for Europe). The location was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just don't expect 4 stars.

The absolute best thing about this hotel is its highly central location, especially for shoppers. Also, the cleanness level is very acceptable and the the staff is very friendly. On the other hand, the hotel is way overpriced compared to the services received. House keeping, replacement towels, all come at separate fees.

We had a great time staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English (because I do not know much French!). The area is very nice with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy (if you require a covid test for traveling) right around the corner. Our room had a kitchen and microwave which we did not use but is super helpful if you wanted to pick up food to cook. It is just a few minutes walking to a few metro stations with the closest being Auber RER and we took the metro everything. Though we did walk to the Louvre which is only 15 minutes or so away.
