This hotel is on the other side of island and it takes one hour drive to get to the main center of activities including downtown and Arenal center. It was never mentioned in the description. You will have to pay 80 euro from Airport to get to this place. Very sad

Great hotel, superb staff.
Just back from our stay in Hotel Cala Lliteres. Very enjoyable and food was excellent. Staff were great and always greeted you with a smile. Had some reservations about Cala Ratjada being a predominantly German resort, which is true but as Brits we were warmly welcomed everywhere. Cala Ratjada definitely worth a visit and we'd certainly recommend Hotel Cala Lliteres.

great location ,awfully noisy hotel.not relaxing
Hotel is very dated but very clean. Extremely noisy, you could hear everyone in their rooms, door slamming not relaxing at all. Lovely friendly staff. Would never return or recommend the hotel. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel in a beautiful setting
Hotel was good. Pool was excellent. Very good breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. View from our balcony was of a roof, good view of the sea if you looked to your left. Bathroom was nicely fitted but much too small.

Chambres correct mais salle de bain petite , douche trop petite, certaines chambres trop mal exposés comme la mienne , service restauration très moyen pour un hôtel de disant tout compris , beaucoup de choses payantes comme le coffre et les serviettes de plage par exemple , certaines personnes très sympathiques autres ne vou calcule même pas .

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. Die Dame vom Empfang war sehr freundlich. In unserem Zimmer fehlte leider eine Infomappe mit allen wichtigsten Sachen. Im Bad wäre ein Duschvorhang oder ähnliches sinnvoll. Nach dem duschen steht das Bad sehr unter Wasser und es gibt, ausser Handtücher, keine Möglichkeit das Wasser zu entfernen. Rutschgefahr ist sehr hoch.

Bonne situation, personnel serviable et souriant....mais on ne parle que espagnol et allemand ! Un peu vieillot et entretien limite par endroit ( mur tachés , prises électriques saillantes , hall d accueil et couloirs triste) , télévision pour allemand et espagnol , des portes qui claquent à tout va ... Sinon belle piscine, repas variés
