Melia Granada Hotel , Granada

Front desk not welcoming, friendly, or helpful. We had scheduled in-room breakfast before our Alhambra tour and it never arrived, we had to call down and they didn't understand our request. When asking for a city map, we were provided reluctantly a small map that was a promo for a bus tour, so road names were covered by the route.

Excellent accommodations

Very well situated but does not provide or have parking facility. Double room bed is 2 single beds joint together with the discomfort of slipping within the cavity in between. Bed sheets and pillows are very comfortable and in abundance. Room service only serves until 12 am and minibar does not stock snacks.

We found a warm welcome at this hotel when we arrived in Granada, though it was not obvious as to how to manage our rental car. (We found a public lot right next door which worked perfectly). The room was quite large and well furnished, having a great view of the Alhambra from the connected private balcony. Breakfast was a very large spread buffet that covered the full gamut of breakfast foods though they might benefitted from a second coffee brewing machine as there was a often a line-up. Our only complaint was that the temperature was difficult to regulate in our room (but there was unseasonably cold weather during our stay). We would certainly return and recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel good downtown location but not noisy great breakfast

It was clean, friendly and in a good location. The staff was very helpful from check in, for calling cans, dinner recommendations. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel, good location, a little loud, neighbors walking on the LVT flooring can be easily heard.

Worst hotel we hve ever stayed. The room was very hot even we hve turn off the heating. Room condition out dated.

The best located hotel in Granada, close walking distance to more than 50 restaurants and taverns. I have stayed there five times in the last 12 years and always find it great. A new restaurant opened just in front across the street (Tinta Fina) and it is outstanding.
