Overall a good hotel for business. The only complaint is that the pool closes relatively early, at 9:00pm. Otherwise, a good comfortable hotel.

This is a fine hotel. Staff are wonderful, nothing is too much. Rainshower excellent. The food at the restaurant was disappointing, but after my stay at the Sheraton Salta, it was a hard act to follow. I strongly recommend one improvement: at least one tv channel in English! And it should not be sport, ideally movies. It's as if they didn't like English speaking guests, although at the reception everyone speaks English very well. Other that: highly recommend.

Great staff
Was taken ill while in this hotel with anaphylaxis shock. Despite our language barrier (my spanish is non existent and my wife can use a phrase book) the staff were great. They called the doctors, arranged access, assisted with translation and let us use the room two hours past our check in date. We owe them a big thank you.

Ricardo went above and beyond to save our day
The concierge, Ricardo went above and beyond when his company’s tours were full and our own tour company bailed on us the last minute. He saved the day to research on wineries that would take drops in. We ended up having a great time!!!

Overall it was a great stay the location is almost perfect all the main areas are nearby. No complain, the breakfast was reasonable aswell though not what i expected from Sheraton.
