Nice stay near that one particular harbour!
We were in St.Johns for a concert and the location was perfect as we were able to walk to the venue. Close to George street and Water street, the walks take you through the older colourful parts of St.Johns. One improvement to note: the shower could do with either a new shower head or more pressure.

Clean elegant home, enormous room, great location
Used to find this property on short notice when our ferry home was cancelled. Lovely heritage home with a beautiful room, excellent value and great location. We couldn't take advantage of the continental breakfast as we had to depart very early but we saw how lovely the diningroom was set up for guests. Only negatives: 2 sets of stairs to carry luggage to 3rd floor and very low ceiling over tub prevented husband from being able to shower. For the one night, it met our needs.

Amazing Stay!
We loved this place. The room was beautiful with stained glass windows, a small sitting area, an extremely comfortable king size bed, and a nice clean bathroom. They let us do an early check in since our room was available (for a small fee). It is within walking distance to the heart of St. John's but be prepared for the hike up the hill when you want to come home. Taxi's are cheap and readily available if you want to taxi back to hotel. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!!

I love Newfoundland. I love character and beauty.
Beautiful heritage home. I am in love with the old ckawfoot tub that was in my private bath. I didn’t use the shower as this was such fun treat and lovely after a cold day exploring. The breakfast option was generous but not what I normally eat but I did have an apple and tea. Awesome extras. If you are not an early bird you may wake up with the happy chatter at breakfast in the dining room if your room is on the main floor.
