Certain sections of the hotel are old but still function well. Couldn’t get sliding door open. Our main issue (second time) is we reserved a one bedroom with kitchenette and they tried to put us in a 2 bedroom with no kitchenette or living area. The last time we were here - in late January, this happened so they switched us to the room we reserved. No extra cost. This time, they did the same thing but the manager tried to up charge us. Eventually we were switched to the room type we reserved with no extra charge but the manager said ‘this is the last time we do this for you’. It took a great deal of time to get the matter resolved and we were very disappointed by the entire experience. Money is not the issue, the bait and switch twice is unacceptable. We like the hotel and don’t expect frills at all but like convenience, the lobby with so many beautiful murals and nice staff, plus it feels safe. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

Good time, at an affordable price.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and already planning to go back. The pool tables in the rec room were old, broken, and worn down, they definitely need to be updated, nonetheless still enjoyed it. The beds could be a lot comfier. The cafe on the pier was my favorite, the drinks sold there were very good, and they also sold breakfast for a very affordable price, eating on the pier was a plus. Jacuzzi and pools were clean. The property is kept up, and there is constant security, which is great. Shops, restuarants, and clubs at a walking distance, big plus. There is a direct access to the beach. Staff was friendly, and welcoming.
