Your description of this hotel clearly states that parking is available, and it is NOT. We arrived by car and there were no spaces available at ANY of the lots the staff recommended. We had to drive several blocks away when we do NOT know the city at all. We specifically chose this hotel for the parking and location and it was all extremely stressful. I will not trust nor recommend Expedia again.

We (4 adults, 50’s) arrived at the hotel around 1pm on 6/3/23 for a 3-night stay. The 2 front desk people could not have been nicer or more helpful. We have traveled to Italy (Florence, Rome) so we understand the hotels are smaller and therefore the rooms are smaller. This room was significantly smaller than anything else I have ever stayed in. There was no dresser for clothes. The closet was like a pantry closet where you keep a vacuum cleaner or ironing board and no bigger. No unpacking. Like a lot of European hotels, twin beds. Room does have an honors bar and safe(free) which worked. Has a HDTV about 40 inches with a few English channels. We had room 501 which was right off the elevator. No issue with foot traffic noise or elevator noise. Mostly because the A/C unit is in the room and it is LOUD. Thankfully we are not light sleepers so didn’t impact us. Be aware in this hotel you must leave the key in a slot that is on the wall as soon as you enter the room for electricity to work. In this case this meant the A/C as well. Beds were OK, little too soft for us as we like firm mattresses. Room was Clean. They had one USB plug that we could find, so if traveling from US pack a outlet converter to plug in your electronics. Bathroom was newer looking than room. Tub with overhead rain shower and hand held shower. The hotel had a restaurant that served breakfast every morning (also lunch/dinner). €13/person if booked in advance. hotel has a GREAT location.

Great Hotel in Lisbon
Vincci Baixa is an outstanding Hotel in a great location for the centre of Lisbon. It is fresh, having been refurbished 3 years ago and very good rooms with good quality beds and furnishings with good quality bathrooms that have large walk in showers. Breakfast has an extensive continental choice which is regularly replenished and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great with a short walk to the main central areas and old town district of Alfama. Can't falut this hotel and would highly recommend it.
