It is one of my favorite places to stay in PR. The location is perfect and convenient. I brought my nieces for the first time as a graduation gift for obtaining their degrees. They loved it and will be returning!

The location was great. There were flooding issues on the street in front of the hotel, which made it difficult at times to maneuver in the area. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great property. Only issue and somewhat misleading because the actual fee did not show on the reservation, is fairly high resort fee, so be prepared, but worth it because of location.

The staff were available and very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed the central location to the beach, restaurants and activities. There was a nice selection at breakfast. The elevators were a little quirky making the ride a little longer, Would stay here again and would recommend.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff was always attentive. The free breakfast is amazing. But for lunch or dinner it’s best to go next door to the sister hotel Abitta. You also get a discount there for staying at the Holiday Inn Express.
