not lyons best option...
Really poor maintenance conditions, garage does not connect to hotel what makes luggage moving hard. One lift not enough to service hotel. Neighbourhood is not nice.

Uncomfortable stay due to cost savings decisions
hotel good location and parking is possible. Breakfast good . Room comfort I put it as poor. It was an overnight stay after a long day of travel and meetings. Having a good warm shower is extremely important how to end the day. Luke warm only possible water pressure too low. Price I paid for the over night stay for sure covers a shower.

The property was very nice and clean - but difficult to find given construction in the area snd lack of signage. Unless you really know you way around the area, you will likely have a hard time locating the hotel - even from the Perrache metro/train station. The hotel staff was polite - but forgot to book my taxi to the airport. Everything ended up fine because I left enough time to get there - but it could have easily turned out differently.

Staff friendly and helpful. But it’s an old hotel. The room was very small especially the bathroom. Very narrow shower and inset sink. No car parking spaces were available for us to use which meant it was quite inconvenient carrying luggage’s from another car park.

I have slept on tables more comfortable than the queen bed I "slept" in here. Seriously the hardest bed I have ever come across in a hotel. It obviously is an older building, but it looks like they just slapped some paint on and tried to make it fancy. My room door would not lock. I had to wedge the folding suitcase thing against the door to make sure I would at least hear if someone tried to come in. There is NO outlet in the bathroom. NONE. Drying your hair in the hallway was a challenge. The elevator is a joke. Take the stairs or you'll age a year waiting for it. OH, and I tried to order room service at 10:15pm as it was supposed to be 24/7. The man that answered was rude, said there was no hot food available and kept trying to sell me a "club sandwich" of which he wouldn't tell me what was on it. Worthless.
