We loved our stay. My husband and I were there for September 16 weekend and had the best time. Customer service was amazing. Our room was fabulous, clean, and super comfortable. We both liked our breakfast and we will definitely be back and stay here. Thank you all for your service.

Delayed check in
our room was not available when we arrived a quarter to 4pm. Lady that helped us was unfriendly and did not smile. She did offer us a pool key and directed us to concierge. When asked about parking pass she casually told us “concierge”. No greeting no “enjoy your stay” Etc. no smile. Not even a fake one. Check in was delayed 45 mins

Yearly mother/daughter trip 😀
Luis, made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Always with a smile and willing to help and offer his service. Giving us ideas, to what areas to explore. He went above and beyond a true example of someone who loves their job!! Can't wait to come back and see him. This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel and it does not disappoint every time. Rooms are very clean.

It was a nice stay but was a bit tough at first when we couldn’t check in at 3. We were told we would have to wait until a room became ready, which I understand, but it was 109 that day and we had nowhere to go but our car.

Not my best stay..
I hate to write anything negative so I’ll start with a few positives.. The staff upon arrival was friendly. Good pool and nice space for a suite room. But, there is only One elevator which is very inconvenient based on where your room is at. The night staff is super unfriendly and didn’t want to be bothered at all. Also my husband left his sunglasses in the room when we checked out. We called the hotel to tell them and we’re told they were found, then not found, then told we would get a call back. It’s been 4 day run around… still no sunglasses. Overall the hotel was decent and quiet with a OK breakfast. But beware of the staff, some of them seem pretty shady.

Clean and good location and not smoky.
This hotel was a great location and was very clean and spacious. You did have to pay for parking but only 10$. My only complaint would be that the van shuttle was not working due to not having a driver on Monday when we see there. This would have helped us out by taking us to the strip instead of driving since you couldn’t walk to the strip from the hotel because it was too hot and too far.
