The front desk woman was very snippy when checking in as if we were inconveniencing her, she was not friendly or welcoming. I asked a question about my id and her unfriendly demeanor went straight to being rude. They didn’t have the room available I paid for because my dogs, but it ended up being okay. The room was nice and clean, except for the bath, which had black hairs in it. The shower and bath both had bad water pressure, and the tub wouldn’t stay full. It was overall a nice room though, very comfortable. There was someone screaming in the room next to us at like 3 in the morning, but in my experience of staying here before that was uncommon.

So when we got there the receptionist gave us our room key. We went in and the room was great. Until we went in the bathroom and the ceiling was covered in MOLD. Not a small amount but the whole ceiling. We left and went back to the receptionist. She immediately put us in a different room. The new room was clean and mold free. She handled the situation great. I would stay here again but the hotel could use some maintenance.

I was charged 250.00 dollars for smoking in our room...we would never have smoked in our room, because that’s disgusting. Management refuses to return my calls or offer proof that we smoked. I want to make sure everyone knows - you will be charged for throwing away cigarette of cigar wrappers in your room.

Worst prison ive ever been in
Never ever ever ever ever ever. This place sucks. Room smelled like mold the manager is a lier and a theif. Charged $278.80 on my credit card. I did not smoke in that room. I got two diffrent stories from manager and employee. How can i smoke in a room i chexkec ou TV of a day early because of the moldy smell.
