Poor
NO MASKS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING
The lobby was filled with young loud people not wearing masks and allowing their friends and pals, and what looked like a hooker into the hotel without masks. I didn't check in, I told the front desk to cancel my reservation. Why have a COVID mask policy if you don't enforce it. The hotel felt un safe, unprotected and was a dirty lobby.

Four points stay
Stay wasn’t that great. Close to Chinatown but the location is ok. Didn’t feel safe. Wasn’t a comfortable stay. Wouldn’t stay here again

Nice Hideaway
It was great. I loved the break. Now, I have a hideaway in my city. It’s near the Convention Center, the Mall, Reading Terminal Market, museums and the Liberty Bell and more.

So nasty
The first room I checked into had crumbs on the floor and the tray the ice bucket was in. I let that go but then I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was filthy.( see video) I was moved to another room with more crumbs and chocolate on the floor ( I let that go) then I went to take a shower and it was hair. The shower wall I have a video

cute Chinatown hotel
the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming at both checkin and checkout. they helped me to find parking as well as with directions to the Reading Terminal Market which was a short, easy walk from here. the hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. i felt safe. the bed was VERY comfortable and I slept well UNTIL some VERY LOUD Latin music began blaring at 7am - this lasted give or take 30 minutes. I still am not sure if it was from a business below the hotel or from another room (I was in room 211), but I could hear it through the vent in my room.
