If you are looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful small hotel in Mexico, this is your spot. The staff were friendly, professional, and cared about your needs. The food was mainly good, and the grounds were spotless. The manicured property is spread out, but nothing seems far away. If you are celebrating a special occasion - the hotel will cater to your every need. The beach is beautiful and calm (we went in May) and there is shade for everyone. No need to wake up to "save" loungers, one will be there for you no matter what time you awake. The pool areas are small, but serve the guests well. There is a very nice swim up bar, and drinks are made with "better" alcohol.. If you are looking for subdued entertainment at night, this will fit the bill. We hope to return soon.
Pros: Beautiful room upgrade, very well maintained gardens and pools, ease of checking in and out of resort Cons: Inconsistent quality of food and service, limited beach area for sitting because of the location of the cabanas and life guard tower
