Venetia Palace Hotel, Rome

Awful hotel period. Don’t be deceived.

Excellent service. Only a few blocks from the station but still quiet. I found the design of the bathroom a bit annoying; looks were given priority over function.

it was very small hotel but very clean and good service . it is just 5 min walk from Roma Train Station and close to all attraction . We enjoyed our stayed at this hotel .

Hotel is in great proximity to train station- easy to get to and from which was our goal as we took a train from Florence and were flying out of Rome the next day. AC was not great- had to get front desk to reset and wasn’t cool enough for our comfort level- ended up sleeping with windows open which was cool but loud. Toilet did not flush well. Shower pressure was good but grout was dirty. Room overall felt like it had been cleaned but overall showing it’s age and need for deep clean. Was fine for an overnight but not somewhere I would spend a lot of time. For the price, I guess I should have shifted expectations.

It was ok, clean and tidy. Service ok. Room very small and not much in the bathroom due to frosted glass door. Had to shower in the dark as you could be seen through the glass door if the light was on. Didn’t try the breakfast.
