The staff at this hotel makes your stay amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are willing to loan items you didnt bring or didnt know you needed. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay wonderful. I felt safe in this neighbothood and its close to everything you may need. Did i mention the staff is amazing!!! Everything in the kitchen was clean when we arrived and felt very comfortable in the room. Great size fridge and freezer. Two burner stove works well if you know how to cook in stages and store in microwave to keep food warm. I will be back to this location in the future.

We were there for 4 nights. The room was cleaned once- the day before we left. We had to ask for towels since the room was only cleaned once. Only once when we went down stairs for breakfast items did an employee wears gloves. That person was awesome and so friendly. After the first time, we went down and the other employee; who was the same employee these other days; was not wearing gloves, we just went somewhere else for breakfast.

It was an amazing room to reunite our best friends and children. Except i did have 4 kids under 5 and we got complained on they werent jumping but i believe the neighbors complained on the "jumping" they were never doing they were all asleep by 9pm and up by 8 apparently of you have children its not a good hotel. Super upsetting when i got that complaint. But i will definitely be staying again they did offer to move us but i opted out of it as they should have put us on the lower level to begin with! We had too much to move. No bad review here this is just a warning if you're traveling with children
