Annoying Fire Drills
After we started our trip we got notice that the hotel was going to test it's fire alarm system for all three days of our stay. Given our travel plans it was almost impossible to make other arrangements. What we experienced was very annoying. From morning to night every 10-15 minutes the alarm system squealed a high pitch noise. It made it impossible to use the room during the day. Apparently the hotel held a reception for guests to make up for the inconvenience but we only found out the next day (it was left as a message on the television). Testing of the fire alarm systems is important but three days every 10-15 minutes? And at the end of the final day we observed that fire doors were not closed as required. We were a party of three with the third person using the pull out sofa for sleeping. I had communicated with the hotel in advance to confirm that this was a possibility. When we went to use the sofa we found no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofa. This requires me to call the front desk late at night to get the needed items. They were provided but it was another inconvenience. Overall the room was very small for three people. The kitchen was useable and we'll supplied. Finally, my final invoice showed an amount that was significantly lower than what I had paid in advance through Hotels.com. I am still trying to determine the reason for the difference. Overall, our experience was not great and the amount paid was too high given the service delivered.

Great location
Pros: Great location from airport and into London, big supermarket very close by, close to Underground station at Earls Court, good breakfast, nice bedding Cons: bathroom is within inches of head of bed, mattress a little too soft for my liking, fire system was being tested for 2 of the 3 days we were staying there with the fire bell going off every few minutes all day so we couldn’t comfortably use the hotel during the daytime hours

We had a room with a separate living room kitchen area which was lovely. Quite spacious for London. We had two single beds which were comfortable. Shower is quite good (no baths in hotel) although water leaks out onto the floor. Breakfast was just fine but nothing fancy. Elevators are inadequate so I suggest a lower floor and using the stairs. It is a bit far from the Tube (10 minutes along a busy road).

Absolutely no complaints! Quite the opposite...
We loved everything about our stay..comfortable beds and pillows, great water pressure, friendly service all around. Good value compared to other hotels in the area, great location for public transportation..tube stops and buses close by. Thanks to Olga for her great welcoming smile. One tip..elevators a little small and sometimes slow..so we chose a room on second floor..so no issue.

Good location
The room we were given when we arrived wasn’t satisfactory so they moved us to a better room the following day. Breakfasts were fresh and had good variety of foods and fresh coffee

Would like to stay again
The place is cozy and comfortable with good amenities and great service from the staff. However, there was a leak in the windows and that corner was wet from rainwater leaking in. This issue was reported but I was not sure if it was remedied quickly.
