Hit or Miss You Decide 🙂
The property is dated but clean and the grounds are very well kept. The inside of the condo was suitable for the price point and location (near the beach). However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature settings were off per room. Cold in the main areas while sweltering in the bedrooms and vice versa. Check-in was smooth and staff very welcoming. Checking out not good at all. When I noticed our card was billed twice for the entire stay I called back an hour after checkout. The attendant (male) at the front desk was extremely rude impatient and hung up the phone abruptly. Only to have to call back and apologize for their error. If you're looking for a clean place at a good price, this could be your spot.

This was our first visit to Royal Dunes, but our second time staying on Wimbeldon. We like the area because it is close to the beach and relatively quiet. The property was very nice - I really don't think spatially you could ask for more! 2 large king sized bedrooms and one smaller room with 2 twin beds. Plus three full bathrooms! The kitchen area was spacious and everything was clean. Also one of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub! The pool is a little small but we felt it met our needs and we liked that they provided pool towels! One item to note is that beach chairs (chairs you can take to the beach - not pool chairs) are on a first come first serve basis. I speculate that most guests just take them for the duration of their trip and are not returning them nightly like they are supposed to so they were not available during our trip on any day so we purchased some at the local store. Overall, this property was wonderful! Clean, plenty of room and a great location. Staff interactions were always nice as well! I could not ask for anything more!

The Royal Dunes property is beautiful , well kept and just a pleasurable experience for senior citizens looking for a nice location to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the ocean life style . We appreciate Audrey , Debbie , Marion , and all of the people that work at the property . It is a team effort to make everyone feel at " home " at their home away from home . We try to visit at least once a year.
