Mistakenly booked a single room and the clerk made a huge fuss about adding extra fees for the second guest. AC was off because SOME guests said they were hot (no AC per room ?? Just saving on electricity probably). "It will be cold at night" he said, in the middle of the day when it was 28c in the room

The front desk attendants were very good. But the rest of the hotel is not recommendable. Rooms are dated. Beds are hard, as are the pillows Wifi is unreliable. Hotel is advertised as air conditoned, but guests are not allowed to control the temperature, and it was set way too warm...

The hotel needs serious repairs and improvements. The air conditioning system is too noisy and cannot be easily programmed. The furniture is really old and damaged. The WiFi needs to be restated often to have it work in the rooms. There is no laundry service even tough is advertised on the site. The food is great and the personnel professional.
