Great stay! Great staff!
The staff was very friendly and informative. Room was 10/10 clean and spacious for 4 people. Not that much closet space though but it was manageable.

Adequate place to sleep.
The hotel was adequate, but our room wasn't fully cleaned in between. To get in to the hotel, we had to have a key, or be buzzed in, which was a little off-putting. The location in terms of getting around the city was amazing though! Just about a block away from the Galileo Museum and the Uffizi Gallery!

Air conditioner not working well
It was a hot summer day, and we stayed on the top floowr, the air conditioner and the small refrigerator did not work. We had to open the windows at night to cool the room for the first night, and we got a lot of mosquito bites. The second day the air conditioner was fixed, but it still not work effectively.

Great location, everything was in walking distance. Only thing is that they do not accept the credit card and wants everything in the cash. Not flexible as we have to leave to catch our train to next destination and do not have cash. Even then they denied to accept the USD or credit card
